I am 28 weeks pregnant. (fetal age 26 weeks) month: 7

Week Twenty Eight: May recognize your voice  

The fetus has its own regular intervals for sleeping and being awake.
The weight has increased to 1000 grams and is 37.5cm in length.
2.2 pounds weight and is 14.8 inches in length from head to heel.
The feet are just over 2 inches (5.5cm) long.
The hair on the head is now clearly visible.
The milk teeth have developed under the gums.
The eyes are starting to move in their sockets.
Brain waves show rapid eye movement (REM) sleep, which means your baby may be dreaming. Eyelids are opening. Eye color may change within the first six months of life especially if your baby's eyes are blue or gray-blue at birth. Remember to talk to your baby often; reading stories, singing songs has been seen to slow the baby's heart rate. He or she can recognize your voice now and will often calm to it later after birth.

dahil gutom na ako at wala akong magawa, irerecite ko ang recipe ng pospas.

POSPAS

mag gisa ng onion at bawang. masarap din pag may magic sarap!
idagdag ang chicken strips.
ilipat sa pot.
isama ang kanin. yung bahaw. lamasin sa pot, tapos lagyan ng tubig, 4 is to one. so 4 cups of rice to 1 cup of water. mas malapot mas masarap. bahala ka na kung ilang kanin ang gusto mo lagay. gusto ko yung luto na eh para mas mabilis kesa pag risotto style, di ko na kaya hintayin, dahil gutumin ako.
beef cubes/chicken cubes. 1 cube.
lagyan ng ginger (okay kahit ano, pwede kasama dun sa gisa or kasama dito sa pag simmer, ako malalaki yung luya na linalagay ko yung nakabalat na, kasi i fish it out pag luto na, ayaw ko makakain ng luya gusto ko lang may luya na flavor)
salt/pepper to taste.
lagyan nung onion leaks, or parsley pero optional naman.
tapos na yan in 30 mins.

lagyan mo nalang ng sliced hard boiled egg, patis at toasted garlic at calamansi.

i swear masarap yan.
i can honestly say, bragging aside, i can challenge you na yung pospas ko yung pinakamasarap na pospas/arrozcaldo/congee/lugaw na matitikman mo! :)
